Clearing the blocked outlets which have been causing water ingress
Installation of new ridge tiles mechanically secured using dry ridge fixing system
Removing the cast iron rain water goods to install new white UPVC fascias, black UPVC Ogee guttering, brackets, unions, running outlets, hopper head and downpipes
Stripping off the slates and lath battens to install new vapour permeable breathable membrane pitched roof underlay and tanalised lath battens
Pitched stone roof strip and re-cover completed with solar panels
Stripping off the stone roof tiles, lath battens and perished bitumen under felt to install new vapour permeable breathable membrane pitched roof underlay and tanalised lath battens
Removing the solar panels
New GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyurethane) completed with top coat
Installation of new GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyurethane) waterproof membrane
Stripping off the failed flat roof area and installation of new GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester) wall fillets at the upstands and outlet
