Stripping out the concrete tiles to carry out repairs to holes in the bitumen under felt. Replacing & re-fixing the lead flashings & re-pointing the chase. Raking out & re-pointing of failed mortar on chimney stack. Rendering the rear side of the chimney stack & clearing the lead gulley. Installation of a new flaunch (cap) on the chimney stack.
