This balcony roof had completely failed so we stripped it back to the bare bones and installed 75mm insulation board, a Visquin polyurethane vapour barrier, new gutter, wooden tilt fillets to restore the roof’s flow, marine ply board & a GRP deck with trims, flashings & an anti-slip surface
